Write in Indian Languages online using English Alphabets

While searching for how to write in Devnagari script I stumbled upon this great post.

But it is too long for such trivial matter.

Just goto http://quillpad.in/hindi/ and type Hindi words in English script.
The software will transliterate.

Than copy and paste to your favorite text editor. I do not know about Windows MSWord (c) but basic text editors in Linux, like gedit, does the job fine.

aczoom.com has a comprehensive software for all Indian languages, called ITRANS. It has its own encoding, and a guide is also provided online. I have written entire articles with the the help of ITRANS in Hindi, and they're perfect, just as long as you get the encoding right.

Also works for one-time users without a hitch.
